EMS energy information portfolio is the combined data hub of the electricity industry. EMS' information suite includes em6 and em6 Live, Regional Load Data and Network Reporting.

em6 (www.em6.co.nz) is EMS’ flagship energy information product. em6 is an online information exchange that provides an effective, flexible and easily customisable method of accessing a broad range of electricity market information.
All em6 information can be downloaded in a comma separated format directly onto your PC. Plus, some em6 information is available via web services for automated download into your system.

em6 Live
em6 Live (www.em6live.co.nz) is the latest enhancement to the em6 product suite. em6 Live is a streaming presentation layer of existing em6 information. The graphical view of current generation, demand and the flow of electricity are complemented by the geographic representation of regional prices.

Network Reporting
EMS’ Network Reporting provides detailed demand metering information on a daily and/or monthly basis. Existing customers can obtain Network Reporting here.

Regional Load Data
EMS’ Regional Load Data is made available from this page in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development (MED). Regional Load Data is based on grid exit point metering volumes. EMS interrogates, validates and verifies NZ electricity metering volumes on a daily basis. The information dates back to January 1999 and is updated weekly.
